Concerts taught me how anticipation, ritual and memory turn attention into identity. Everything I've built since has borrowed from a room full of people waiting for the lights to go down.

The physical chill when something lands. My consultancy is named after it because it's the only marketing metric I've never been able to fake.
In Carmel. Because discovering music alongside other people is still the best argument I know for why physical, communal experience will never fully go away.
Why this is hidden. The best parts of any experience aren't announced. They're placed — and left for the person paying attention to find. A detail in a stadium concourse. A line in a programme nobody had to read. Something that rewards curiosity instead of demanding it.
That's the standard I hold every experience to, so it seemed fair to hold this one to it too.
